Membership dues are $25 per family, and includes an Ashley Falls School directory. Please enter the information below, then click the "submit" button to send your information. You will then be directed to our PayPal page to complete your payment. Complete only once per family. If you complete your Membership and Directory enrollment online, you do not need to complete and return the form that was delivered in your child's first day district packet.

If you are NOT interested in joining PTA and do NOT want your information included in the directory, please enter your name only and complete the Student Information for participation tracking purposes.

If your form is received after September 16th, your information may NOT be included in the directory.

NOTE: The school directory is a project of the Ashley Falls PTA. Inclusion of family and student information is strictly voluntary. School registration information is not used to compile the directory. Directories are only made available to Ashley Falls parents and staff, other DMUSD school administrations and PTAs, and the Del Mar School Education Foundation. No member of the general public is eligible to receive a student directory.

If you shop at Ralphs or Vons you could be raising money for Ashley Falls! This is an easy way for our PTA to earn money - year-around, so please take a few minutes to register your grocery loyalty and/or credit cards (click here for instructions on our website). Participation in these programs is not limited to Ashley Falls parents. Grandparents, other family and friends can also select to support Ashley Falls. We can register your Vons card for you, so please enter below if you'd like to participate.
